Horrible service. It took 30 mins to get a cold panini. Don't go if you're looking to get a quick bite on your lunch hour. more

Our Film Festival planning group had a wonderful luncheon at this informal Italian restaurant. The venue is beautiful--a little bit of Italy next to a lovely park, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is as great as Via Veneto. The delicious ciabbata bread is baked fresh daily at the Gran Forno bakery down the street. What a wonderful addition to Las Olas. We look forward to having our future planning meetings there. more

South Florida outdoor dining service is often hit and miss. This location was a complete miss for me. \r \r Although I correctly ordered a Bruschetta from the menu, I received a Panini. Our food was dropped off by another server with no napkins, and our server never came back to check on our food or see if we needed additional beverages. \r \r Since it was lunchtime appointment for me and my secondary order would have been a Panini, I ate the Panini. We didn't receive any napkins with the meal delivery. It was difficult to get a waiter's attention to receive a napkin, much less the check so we could get back to work.\r \r Upon paying the check asked the server if I ordered correctly because what I received was a Panini instead of a Bruschetta. He looked at the order ticket/check and clearly I did.\r \r With no apology, his reply: "The guys saw it said said 'Proscuitto de Parma' and assumed it was a panini...hopefully next time you'll get what you want." \r \r With such bad service, there probably won't be a next time. As I said to my dining companion, dining outside in South Florida is at the risk of good service, and I'd rather walk up to a counter at the actual bakery down the street and get what I want and take it elsewhere. more
