I work around the corner from Gramercy Cleaners, and just recently took a donated suit in on a Wednesday to get it cleaned. The woman behind the counter was friendly. She asked me when I wanted it done. I said ""whenever,"" so she marked down that it would be ready on Friday. I went in at 4pm on Friday just to see if there was any chance it would be done before 5pm, and it had just been finished. $12.50 for a 2-piece linen suit. I don't get much dry-cleaning done, but this seemed reasonable to me. It was well hung, with tissue and plastic covering it, and seemed fresh and clean -- no more wrinkles or cat hair. I don't know much about comparing this to other dry cleaners, just wanted to offer some info.
Pros: friendly staff, convenient location
Cons: parking would be hard
