I ordered breakfast for my staff from Gramercy Bagels this morning using an online delivery service. When the food arrived, they had scratched out all the prices I was given and changed them to be more. When I called the manager to find out why he explained that they had recently changed their prices and that the online delivery service hadn't updated the prices. When I explained that this was not my problem and that I was only going to pay what had been quoted to me (oh, and we're not talking cents, were talking several dollars difference on each item) he refused to help and told me that I didn't have to take the order. So I didn't. I sent them away and then they returned again with the order and they hadn't changed a thing! So rather than them losing a couple bucks, they lost an order and now a corporate customer. I will never order from them again and neither will my company!
Pros: Good bagels
Cons: Poor service, and over priced
