Graham Animal Clinic

This clinic is great! You can tell they love pets the moment you walk through the door. The staff is wonderful, one of the receptionists has the sweetest little dog that she brings to work with her, that sits in a high chair next to her while she works, it is hilarious and simply adorable! They have at least 4-5 elderly adopted clinic pets, the ones no one else would adopt due to their age/health issues, and you can tell that they love them very much!\r \r The staff is wonderful, one of the receptionists has the sweetest little Chihuahua that she brings to work with her, that sits in a high chair next to her while she works, it is hilarious and simply adorable! I have always been treated well here, and so has my little Henry. Henry has been seen by both of the doctors there, and likes them both. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger parking lot. more

My dog had a gash on his back which I cleaned out really well and then took him to see Dr. Graham. Dr. Graham also cleaned out the wound for about 1 minute and charge me $60. I couldn't believe it. I asked him could he please at least prorate the fee since I had already cleaned it out and he said I didn't do a good enough job and he would not lower the fee (for 1 minute or less worth of water...). I told him I would never be back, and he said that was fine, there were plenty of vets in Hendersonville. I also noticed that when I asked specific questions, he never even answered me. Just mumbled or completely ignored the question. Very unprofessional. more

My wife took our dog to Dr. Graham twice in one week to be checked out and he diagnosed the dog with two different ailments. We paid the Dr a total of $120 and found out nothing about our dog. Then the next week when my wife was out of town and the dog was at my aunts house while I was at work, the dog need attention again. My aunt took the dog to the vet again. The Dr then said the dog needed surgery at a specialist and that would cost $2000-3000 and that the dog needed to stay overnight. The next day when I went to pick up the dog to get a second opinion Graham's office charged me $110. I said that I had already had paid them $120 and the Dr. did not do anything and that I was not going to pay and I walked out of the office. In hind sight that was probably not the best thing to do. As I waked to my car, Dr. Graham came running out yelling and calling me names. He stood behind my car and tried to keep me there, then he tried to open up my car door to pull me out of the car. He then pounded his fist against my window and said, "Get out and fight me you Son of a B@#&*". I felt like Dr. Graham did not take my wife seriously in the ailment of our dog and I felt like he talked down to me when I was talking to him about the dog and wanted to take the dog home. I had no idea that Dr. Graham would become such a monster in the parking lot and try to attack me and my car. I will never go back to his office. Pros: None Cons: He is crazy more

I recently moved to Hendersonville, and was recommended by a friend to go to Graham Animal Clinic for my pet needs. The ladies behind the desk were very nice, and I didn't have to wait long. When they took me back to the room with my dog the vet tech imediately(w/o asking the vet) put in this bright green eye drops in my dogs eye to check for an abrasion. Well come to find out the Vet didn't even use that procedure to check my dogs eye. He said it wouldn't tell him anything he didn't already know. Then after I paid $110.00 the receptionist gave me a detailed bill that I didn't see right then and there, and I later saw that they charged me $20.00 for that eye drop thing that the Vet didn't even use. I feel like they just nickel & dimed me. So I won't be going back. Pros: close to my house Cons: charged for a service they didn't do. more
