This place has been in the same location for as long as I can remember and when you go inside you will notice that the iron-ons that they have in stock have been there just as long. There is no organization to the iron-ons and some are in bad shape. They have them in books, but they might as well have them in. The prices are too high and in most places like this I have been to, you select the shirt and the iron-on and they do it while you wait. Not here. The lady behind the counter was doing nothing and there were no other customers when we were there. We bought our shirts thinking that we would walk out with them today. After we paid for them, she tells us that it'll be ready in 3 days and she'll call us. She never did call us and finally 4 days after going in to "order" our shirts, we had to call her and find out that they were ready. When we got them the quality was bad. They weren't completely centered and they used iron-ons with flaws in them so there's a blank spot in the middle of one. I would probably never get another t-shirt here. I think this place has the potential to be as good as it was in the 80's, but I think it would need new ownership.
