I called Grady's on I-35 during lunch on NOV 18, 2009 to place an order. I was told that they were very busy and could I call back later? Have you all ever heard that before? I stated no and requested the manager because of the terrible attitude of the person that answered the phone. The manager, Henry, came to the phone and was very annoyed/rushing me asking if I could call back and we talk about this at a later time because they were swamped! Never heard that one before either. I asked who answered the phone because they were rude and he said he didn't know. I informed him that I didn't want to talk later and he stated, ugh/sigh, OMG, let's talk, what do you want to talk about! I told him I didn't want to discuss anything with him, I only wanted the number to the corporate office. He said thanks, bye and hung up the phone in my face.
Luckily the corporate office number was listed on the website. I called the corporate office, got halfway through my story and was put on hold for over 30 mins. The representative never returned to the phone, nor did she answer when I called from another phone. Horrible service from them both. I was told to try Rudy's for bbq if you're in town, I know NOT to try Grady's again!
