God who created the world and all that is in it, desires a loving personal relationship with each one of us. This love is demonstrated in His Son, Jesus, and our response through faith and love and hope in God.
Lutherans talk of three short phrases that encompass this relationship:
God loves the people of the world, even though they rebel against Him and do not deserve His love. He sent Jesus, His Son, to love and save mankind.
By His suffering and death, Jesus purchased and won forgiveness and eternal life for all. Those who hear this Good News and believe it have the eternal life that it offers.
The Bible is God?s inspired Word, in which He reveals His commandments and His Gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ.
?The mission of Grace Lutheran Church and School is to share the love of Jesus with all peoples and to provide opportunities and resources to bring people into a responsible relationship with Jesus and His Church.?
We provide a church home, which strategically and perpetually strengthens relationships with Jesus Christ and each other.
We engage our community and campus in spreading the Good News of the Triune God to all His children.
We seek to raise up the next generation with faith in Christ and to empower all generations to serve others, providing support of Christian role models, united families, and Biblical learning experiences.
GRACE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL:
Provides quality education and childcare for pre-school aged children up to 6th grade. Whether it?s little folks or young adults, we are committed to providing an excellent education in order to prepare our students for academic and social success in the years ahead including junior and senior high school.
With our K-6 grades we seek to offer personal attention to each student, helping them to foster the study skills that will benefit them in the future. At the core of the curriculum is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each day is begun with prayer. Children read and live the Word of God each day, both in a classroom setting and in all other aspects. By laying a Christian foundation in the lives of these young people, we hope to equip them to be helpful citizens in the community as they grow.
