Got All Auto Parts

N***as Got Paid was the subject line from Got All Auto Parts to Powertrain after we won our law suit. When preparing for court I saw so many bad reviews from people like myself.I received my 1st transmission damaged to where it wouldn't shift gears. I had to have my mechanic fix it, only for it to completely fail while I was hauling a full load. The second tranx came without all necessary parts. Jeff tried to put the cost for replacement parts on me and said he would refund the money with proof of purchase. I declined as I was already out $$ example loss wages, towing, and hotel fees etc. I had to wait several weeks for the part to be shipped. Finally was back on the road only for the tranx to go out again a few months later. We had to send it back and guess who they tried to stick with the shipping costs? Yes, they had the account set up in our name and billed $500 to us. Months passed and we didn't get the replacement tranx or our $ back. Jeff, promised it was delayed because of the 2015 winter storm but why was it still delayed in April - May. After we challenged his excuses he then began to blame our son. He said it was his fault it failed because he installed it incorrectly. It was funny because our son was 5 years old at the time. Seems like he was grabbing for straws and not wanting to take responsibility for their tranx failure. We informed him that we used a very reputable shop. When we went to court the salesman Pat said it failed because it got too hot. Seemed funny because we put 2 cooling systems in at installation when our repair shop recommended only 1. Needless to say We Won the Lawsuit. Paid $1600 for tranx but lawsuit won was for approximately $2700. I can't tell you who to believe but the claims that some ppl are posting of a wonderful experience seems false based on my personal encounter. Then when they sent proof to show we received the judgement ordered and they referred to us as N****s that said it all. more

I like this auto parts store. Every time I go there the people behind the counter and in the aisles are helpful and friendly and make the project sound doable. Now I don't have to worry about the pulling me over for no break lights and I can communicate to my fellow drivers that I am slowing/stopping. Thanks Got All Auto Parts! I purchased a remanufactured Transmission back in July, had a little trouble getting it but within three weeks it finally arrived. Things went well for awhile then on Jan 1, 2017 the shift solenoid went out. Called then they were very helpful and located a supplier 30 min away. I did the replacement myself and am very happy. Considering the replacement was OEM and not remanufactured, I'm hoping it will last and this is the last of trouble I have. I do have a high pitched sound but not sure if it's the tranny or something else. more

I have built well over 700 transmissions a year my self for this company for the last 10 years that doesn't count what our assembly lines build.. these are some of the best transmissions you can buy for the $$$$ more

needed a transmission upgrade a month ago so i shopped around town to find the best price, and Got All had the best pricing and they did a great job. also, a quick turnaround time with parts and labor. i recommend them to friends + family more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALL PROFESSIONAL. They sent me 3 bad transmissions / one not for the model of truck, the next not for the motor of truck , the 3rd reverse went out in less than 50 miles. The owner Jeff Madison will not stand behind his products I have written e mails from Jeff agreeing to refund the money for the 3 bad transmissions. But its all a bluff he wont even take the call now. RIPOFF ARTIST CANT TRUST THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS TO DO WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO. The assistant Amber is in on the hole soon as you return the transmission that triggers the refund. I'm out 2600 and a truck for over 3 months . I should only be out 1250 dollars. DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM GOT ALL AUTO. more

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a transmission for nearly $1000 there was a slight delay on shipping due to weather (that was ok) but when it got here it was missing the torque converter. They said no problem purchase one from O'Reillys (almost $200) and they will reimburse me. So far 1 1/2 months later it seams like a lie. I have called almost every working day for over a month they say they will call back the person I need to talk to is busy (thy never call back) when I do and actually talk to some one they say it can take a week to process it hen it will be mailed certified mail. It has still not come when I call back they give me a different date each time. bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

This is my second time I have ordered from this web-site and it went very easy and fast. The first time I ordered a Catalytic convertor it came in a timely fashion and good condition. Price was half the cost of my local auto parts stores. This second order was also delivered in a timely manner. Product's in perfect condition. DONT BUY TRANSMISSIONS HERE. THEIR REBUILDS ARE JUNK.\r \r Rebuilt 4l60e slips , took the truck in , told them i had my mechanic at a local shop scan it and found no error codes. Possible bad sensor inside the trans may be the culprit but no way of telling without replacing it first. Jeff was complete a**hole and started yelling , wont pay for any repairs and wont give me a refund back. He said he would give me store credit and my transmission. I paid over 600 in cash for a rebuild which is obviously junk and had another 200 into it on top of that to try to make it right. What the hell am i to do with 600 in store credit and out my own personal transmission. Rude as hell. At one point he told me to get the F out of his shop when i asked him for my money back. Looks like this is going to small claims court if this is not fixed ! more
