This shop is bad for business, I paid 3000 get motor rebuilt an it's still running hot. They told me it's running hot because a bad radiator, but my truck wasnt running hot when I took it. They do rip u off but I'm taken my truck back to them because they know my heads was crack an they didnt fix it. more

Not a very honest business!! Before I paid for my engine diagnostics, the owner Bill told me that he would find the problem and take all the necessary steps to at least figure out the problem on what was getting my check engine light to turn on. After $90 and 2 days of testing, he came back and told me that ""he has no idea"" what the problem was. He said if I left it for more time I would have to pay extra due to all the time they had spent trying to figure it out. I asked if I can at least get a refund or a discount since they could not solve my problem or at least point me in the right direction and he replied with a quick no. So, in the end, I had to figure it out myself. All it was, was the fuel injectors and they could not even figure that out. Tip: Do not go to these guys for an engine diagnostic test. They charge higher than the average price which is around $59.99 and they can't even pin point you in the right direction. more

The BEST family automotive repair shop I've ever dealt with, I've never been gouged or taken advantage of. My estimates have ALWAYS been given with lots of options. I have taken every vehicle I owned here. And will continue to do so..... more

I have taken my Corvette to Gordon's Automotive and I just had to take out time to say Thank You all so much for fixing my car, Gordon's have been in business "I know" for at least 45 yrs, and they are still in the auto business, they are 3 generation in the making and also proud to say they are family owned & operated, Honest, explanatory, dependable and they will call you if they see any additional work that needs to be repaired.... I'm a single parent and I can only afford to do a little at a time, and they are very understanding with the hard times... I would HIGHLY recommend them to family or friends for your car or truck repairs ! The Gordon"s passion is old cars or old trucks, they can work on anything! Thank you Mr. Gordon and Bubba y'all are a 5 Star in my book.. more

the techs. Are not certified, they rip you off and the job never gets done to where you have to keep taking your car back over and over, So please people if you want to save money take your car elsewhere. more

Define certified. People stay away, I taken my car to GORDONS , they put used parts on my car. And when I talked to the son I could smell pot on him, so it tell you his dad let's him use drugs at their business, so if you use them, you would want them to take a urine test. Stay far away more

I have had my car repaired a couple of times at Gordon's Automotive and both times I have had a good experience. I felt like Bill and his team of mechanics fixed the problem each time with out adding unnecessary repairs to my work order. Example...the last time I had my car there to replace the brake pads, turn the drums/rotors and check my electric window (it would not go up or down); everything was done as ordered and when my window was checked it just started working again, maybe something was loose. Bill could have told me I needed the motor replaced adding an additional several hundred dollars to the total, but instead told me it was working fine. I really felt like if I had taken my car to another shop I would have been taken advantage of. Thank You Bill Gordon for your honesty! Carrie more
