I originally tried calling my order in but, after being yelled at numerous times by the man on the phone stating he couldn't hear me, I hung up abruptly and decided to place my order via Grub Hub. I ordered at 7:50pm - After calling at 9pm to find out where the order was, it was finally delivered at 9:30pm Absolutely terrible customer service - from the way the phone call was handled to the late delivery - they really should go to training for how to deal with customers and ensure satisfaction. We live on Valley Way - if you don't know the area, that means I could throw a rock at GoodFellas from my front porch. The buffalo chicken pizza is good but I'll be looking at other Pizza establishments because the customer service is down right awful.
