You can instruct us to: * Have a neighbor check in on you * Dispatch an ambulance * Notify a family member of your situation * Summon the police or fire department * If no response, an ambulance will be dispatched immediately In addition, Direct Link PERS can provide you with added help in case of a break-in while home alone. Simply push the button and our trained staff will have the police dispatched right away. We're always there for you. Direct Link PERS is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
