Wish I could give zero stars. Most of the complaints I have heard are right on. Great facility, terrible management. Everyone is friendly until there is an issue. I signed up for autopayments; the first billing cycle went through just fine, but for some reason the second one did not. Within two hours of being notified of the problem I showed up and updated my billing information. A late fee had already been placed on my account and the manager of the facility, John, claimed he could do nothing about it and could not tell me why the first payment went through and not the second. I had been a happy member of 24 hour fitness for years and only switched because this location is closer to where I live. Wish I never stepped foot inside.
