I got into this gym membership with a good price and you definitely get what you pay for.
The gym itself has cardio machines, weight machines, a yoga studio, lockers, women's secluded workout zone, free weights, and sauna. Pretty much all that I need and most people need. The downside, it's terribly dirty. For example, poorly installed gym mats so you're likely to trip because they buckle upwards creating numerous hills as you carry around heavy weights.
The crowd is of the lower income type and following stereotype they don't clean up after themselves by leaving weights everywhere. However, the patrons are nice and friendly.
The machines are mostly Icarian brand and in my opinion the worse quality, build, design and ergonomics I've ever used.
UPDATE: 5-20-11 Nothing has changed at the gym in regards to quality, cleanliness, and service.
There was a new employee that was reluctant to ""unlock"" the jump ropes for me to use. The reason I know he didn't want to is because I read body language very well. There was a split second where I noticed he was thinking about helping me out but just decided not to.
After a quick investigation, Username kason465 has a striking similarity to Kason who teaches the scheduled classes. Foul play?
