My case had to do with damages due to side effects of a medication; I suppose you'd call that product liability. Each 'step of the way' was explained in detail by Stuart Goldenberg and I worked most closely with Marlene. She was great!, warm and a true legal scholar, at that time an intern. The firm bent over backwards as the statute was 'running out' but the Supreme Court of Minnesota had not closed the Minnesota statute. We filed, as I recall, just under the wire and received a settlement. I have nothing but good feelings and things to say when I think of Goldenberg Law. We're in a small town, so we were skeptical about hiring someone in the area because of a possible conflict of interest. We decided to get an attorney from out of town. I've recommended Goldenberg Law to many people. My experience with them has been very unique. I first started using them after I fell from a telephone pole in 1985. My initial treatment from that injury was, for some reason, in the hands of the lawyer from the insurance company. I was in steady pain and not recovering. When Stuart saw my treatment, he took over and was able to get me better care. He also let me know that I was eligible for workman's comp, so I started receiving that. Stuart was instrumental in getting me schooling in computer programming and graduating from community college. I had a second accident when I was driving a van as a courier and I was hit in the back.
