Ive worked out at Gold's Gyms all the the country and I would have to rate this middle of the pack. They have started to get new equipment in, the parking lot is pretty accessible (a rarity in Seattle), and there hours are reasonable. I have seen better Gold's Gyms in the Seattle area such as the Lake Forest Park Gold's and Bothell Gold's. It used to be not a very clean place, but it got a facelift a couple of years back and they've managed to keep it up pretty well since.
I could do without the naked old men in the locker rooms, but i find if I don't make eye contact, they go away.
