I bought a John Bagley ring with mother of pearl, sapphires, and diamonds ~6 months ago and haven't been able to wear it once because they keep screwing up my service requests!! I usually don't complain like this, but it is really getting ridiculous. First I wanted it sized down because it was too big and when I picked it up 2 weeks later, it looked like they had just put it in a vice and squished it. It was oval, not round! So I asked them to size it down correctly, and they told me that ""I had probabl asked for it quickly so they just did it in house."" So now they were going to send it out to the ""real"" jeweler. \r
A month later it gets sent to my house via US Postal Mail, and sat on my doorstep for a week because I was on vaca!! Hello?! You don't send jewelry without a signature required!! This time it was round and the correct size and looked great, until I started wearing it and realized that one of the blue sapphires had fallen out, they didn't seal the stones back in like they had been before!!!\r
So, now I just got it back in the mail, and the stone is replaced, but again they arent' sealed in!!! WTF?!! I am so pissed and so sick of dealing with their incompetent sales men....
