I had reserved two rooms for NYE 2011 in October. I read horrible reviews about the lodge shortly after making my reservations. I called back the next day to cancel my reservations and was assured that my reservations were cancelled. NYE was last night. I received calls saying that my rooms weren't cancelled. They charged my twice for the room, which overdrafted my checking account. Today they tell me I can't speak with the manager until Monday. They want me to wait 2 days before I can even speak with the manager to get my money back. I AM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GOLD DUST LODGE!!
