Good: it's a nice place, just like any of the other full service car washes.. Bad: after two workers argued about what I wanted, I went into the waiting area, where one is suppose to be able to ask for complimentary coffee & free internet. Yes two computers are present but one can never log on, how can one ask for coffee when manaager is out in front or in the car washing area talking on the phone and socializing with co workers? He only came in to charge me, I said I would of enjoyed my cup of coffee. his response oh I was busy but we do not have creamer anyway. I will not return!. Improvements: I'd like to see better service once my car is being washed. don't advertise complimentary when your mananger clearly will not serve the customers. stop the washers @ all workers from using cell phones. Make sure you know who you have working. I saw very poor behavior from @ least 3 washers. making inappropriate gestures at your women customers. Very inappropriate.. Other: On top of the poor service I received, I would like to make it clear that this was not the first visit to GoldCoast, I have been washing my car's for a few years there. The quality of products used are great, but the quality of workers, people skills and lack of communication I have watched the car wash deteriorate. I will not be returning for a long time. Maybe things will change but I won't give my money away and be treated as if I don't matter. Thanks Bobby for the few great years of service..
