Number1’s web site is very good and the order process was smooth. However, the order was slow to shipping. I sent an email that went unanswered, and twice tried the online chat in Firefox, which did not work. I finally picked up the phone and called them and got an excellent customer service rep who said the phone number on my credit card didn't match. I expressed my dissatisfaction that no one had contacted me about this issue. She said she'd check it all out and get the order moving. I asked that she call me back with the results. She did call back, and verified that the original phone number was correct, and also said she had moved the order. I will use Number1 again, as I think they're a good company and hope this was an isolated problem. The product was a much better kit than I expected from the description, which was a nice surprise, but the customer service rep I dealt with saved the day for them this time.
