My dog has stayed at Gochenauer's 3 times. Let's start out with the positives - the staff is friendly. One even offered me advice on helping my beagle lose weight. In addition, the entrance area is one of the nicest I've seen in a kennel (most of the space is taken by things for sale). In additon, on my dog's 1st stay, they gave a written report on how she did (haven't received one since then).
