When Go Girl first opened, it was cute, clean, and a welcome step up from the usual nail salon/factories all over the East Village. But a recent trip back for a brown sugar scrub pedicure was a total disappointment. Not only was the cleanliness of the equipment questionable, but my pedicurist was perfunctory and totally inept. Her ""massage"" consisted of hard punches to my calves and shins, which was painful and even caused bruising in some spots! This was supposed to be a mother's day treat, but i couldn't wait until it was over. For the same price, you can get a pedicure that is actually pleasant and professional elsewhere.
Cons: dirty, staff not well-trained
