We took our children to eat here and it was the worst experience I have had anywhere EVER!!! The service was horrible, the place was dirty and looked like the floors were never mopped or vaccumed, there were no clean tables. The food was disgusting. Way too over priced. One of my children took one bite from their hot dog and would not eat it. We could barely even force ourselves to get through any of the food at all. We waited 20 mins. for our food for it to come to us cold. When I asked if I could return the food I was met with a very nasty attitude. I am assuming she was a manager because she was in sweats instead of a uniform. Which I suppose is classified as business attire at this location. She would not take the food and instead said it was our fault because we had it sitting on the table. They have a sign hanging that states noone leaves unhappy and if you are unhappy to see a manager. Well that did absolutely no good whatsoever!!! We left without the kids even playing games or getting on the rides. That is how disappointed we were. We will never go back and would advise anyone else to stay away. I do not even understand how they are still operating and how noone has complained before this. It was terrible
