I have had no response from my phone, fax and email messages in 4 months. Negative feedback shares common issues of such. They appear to avoid large claims. They have given untrue, inconsistent reports to investigative requests from consumer agencies. They failed to report to the Better Business Bureau and are now being investigated by the Florida Attorney General. If you have issues, report to your credit card company, Attorney General and the State Agency that monitors insurance company and fraud.
