As an aesthetician with 20 yrs of experience and over 30 yrs of expereince in the beauty/spa industry,this ranks as one of the LAMESTskincare treatments as well as personal treatment I have ever experienced! These people couldn't be more bored and miserable at their jobs! The aesthetician was terrible,the treament was a big nothing,the rest of the staff I came in contact with were snippy unfriendly and unprofessional.This facial was a rip off even at 50% off! more

Glo is absolutely wonderful! I have had several services conducted such as spray tan, waxing, and a make-up application for a special event and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is amazingly friendly and they are always willing to get me in, even at the last minute. I feel so fortunate to have found such a great place with such extraordinary people. Like my rating says, ""Run, don't walk!"" You will not be disappointed. more

Relaxing Facial 5/7/2009

I had a facial with Kelly and it was SO relaxing! I was nervous because the girl I usually see at glo moved on to another spa, but I love glo and decided to try someone new. Not only was it relaxing, Kelly was very thorough with extractions and did a great job on my eyebrows too. I will be back to see Kelly in the future. miracle makeup! 12/19/2008

I had laser resurfacing on my face recently and my doctor recommended that I start using mineral makeup - for the coverage and because the ingredients are so great for your skin. So I went into glo to check out the glominerals makeup. At first I was a little embarrassed because my face was still really red. The girls there made me feel very comfortable right away. One of the girls spent over an hour with me, going over everything from foundation to eye makeup to lipgloss . When she was done, I looked like a whole new person! I bought everything and I love it. It covers so well, and it's easy to apply on my own, at home. I've told all of my friends about glominerals - mostly because they've asked me what I'm using because it looks so good - and natural! That's a nice compliment considering that I'm actually wearing quite a bit of makeup right now to cover the red from the laser. I would recommend glominerals to everyone! And I would highly recommend glo skincare - it was a 5 star experience and I will definitely be going back in the future! Pros: helpful, courteous staff, talented makeup artists, quality makeup more

Facials with Chanda 9/23/2008

Chanda is the best ever! What else can I say about her? Oh! She is gracious, empathetic to your needs and concerns and treats you like you deserve to be pampered when you walk into GLO. I see her exclusivley for my facials and eyebrows. She is gentle and creates a nurturing, relaxing zen environment for you when she does facials. This is my time that I use to get away from the everyday stresses of life, my whole hour with Chanda is amazing- I walk out of GLO feeling amazing and looking amazing. 5 stars, no doubt, definitely the place anybody should choose for their first expereince is GLO Salon in Denver. great massage from Shawna 7/8/2008

I've had many massages in Denver and recently tried glo. My massage with Shawna was the best I've had - EVER. She has a magic touch - no kidding. She has a way of working your muscles without going too deep or causing discomfort. The massage was so wonderful, I think I fell asleep for a minute! Her room is very relaxing and fragrant. Wonderful facials 3/8/2008

i have been going to Chanda for several years now for facials and eyebrow waxing. She is kind, professional and thoughtful. Her extractions never hurt. I am always sad when our time comes to an end. The products she uses smell heavenly and even when I have been a little late due to parking isssues she has not cut down on our time together. She is very intuitive and is truly a great aesthetician. Great Eyelash Extentions 11/24/2007

Chanda is amazing! She did my eyelash extentions for my wedding and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. I got so many compliments on how I had the most beautiful eyelashes! Of course I only admitted to a few that they were extentions. Even the makeup artist was amazed by them saying that they were the best she'd ever seen. You have got to try Chanda! more

Best Waxing 7/21/2007

I have been a lot of places for waxing, but I have finally found THE place! Chanda is so great. My eyebrows have never looked this good! I have really thin brows and had started to fill them in with pencils, powders - you name it, but they never looked natural. Chanda tinted and waxed and tweezed and snipped and now I have full, perfect eyebrows! No more filling them in - and the price is fair and SO worth it! I also recently had a brazilian bikini wax for the first time with Chanda and she made me feel completely comfortable and the pain was minimal. She is truly good at what she does. Great Shopping 1/21/2007

The first thing you notice about Glo when you walk in, besides that it's cute, is that it smells so good! They have a really great selection of skincare products as well as fragrances and gifts. I love going in to see what's new and to chat with the staff. It's fun to hang out and play with girly stuff like perfume and make up - it's a great place to treat yourself to! BEST FACIAL IN TOWN 1/26/2006

I went to Glo by a recomendation of a friend. I'm new in town and trying someone new is always scary. I had the most amazing facial with Chanda that I have EVER had. Her hands are so soft and the way she moved them was like nothing I have ever experienced before. If you want a great facial and you want your skin to look its best, you must go see her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very compassionate. Truly a great soul who is a master at her craft. I will definately be back!!! Men Always Welcome 9/8/2005

I received a gift certificate from my wife for a day of treatments at Glo. I was a little nervous but the girls there assured me that men come in all the time and that I would be glad I came in when I was done, and they were right. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The services were great and so were the girls who took care of me that day. I bought a certificate for my wife that day and I know I'll be back again soon. I recently enjoyed an afternoon of wonderful pampering at the glo spa. I had the coconut sumatra massage which was heavenly and the diamond glo facial was outstanding! Both the aesthetician and massage therapist enjoy what they are doing and it really shows in the service they provide. I completely disagree with previous reviewers that complained about poor service from staff. I have found everyone there to be wonderful, friendly, and attentive and the product selection is great! Iwent to glo recently to have a facial and some waxing done. My estetician, chanda, was not only very professional, but extremely personable.
