I visit Glaze in person and they always rock. A few months after they opened you could call in orders and pick them up--and now you can order on GrubHub! Imagine how happy I was.
The food, as usual, was killer. But--and this is both GrubHub and Glaze's fault--the execution was meh.
I put in the "special notes" section that I wanted chopsticks. No chopsticks.
I ordered the extra-spicy teriyaki on one of my meals. No extra spicy teriyaki.
When I brought this up to GrubHub I didn't get a "we're sorry" or anything--they just simply credited me a buck--which is what the sauce costs. Really GH--no personalized note or anything? Kind of lame.
Glaze's food is so good though that I'll probably try ordering again this week. Let's see how this goes...
