I ordered a tempered glass top for my coffee table in early January 09. I brought in my coffee table so the gentleman in charge (Mr. Learn) could do the proper measurement. I paid the initial deposit of $35 and paid the other $35 when the table top arrived. The table top arrive a week later and I immediately picked it up. When I arrived home, the glass did not fit my table, it is slightly bigger -- it did not fit in the glass slot, so the other side is sticking out. I immediately informed Mr. Learn and asked that he either fix it (if possible) or replace it. He then told me to bring it back along with my coffee table so he could see it. So, I told him since I have made at least 3 trips to his shop (round trip), why don't he come by to see the glass top and re-measure my table. Then he can either re-order with accurate measurement or give me a refund. Nevertheless, Mr. Learn made a couple promises to call me back and I never heard from him -- it has been 3 months.
