How free are you to be yourself in your relationships?

Owner Message

  • How free are you to be yourself in your relationships? Do you want more authenticity, spontaneity, tenderness, understanding, humor, forgiveness, and fun in your relationships?

Relationships give life meaning and value. Recent brain research indicates that our identities and even our minds develop in the context of human relationships.

Inevitably, in every relationship conflicts arise. Sometimes conflicts remain hidden and unexpressed. Strain, pretense and unresolved conflict make life difficult. But conflicts can be stimulating and enriching as well as destructive.

Sharon has been working in the mental health field since the mid 1970s helping individuals, couples and families better relate with themselves and the world around them.

Call 630-377-7615 today to schedule an appointment with Sharon in either her Geneva or Naperville office.
