My family and I decided to stop in to try the pizza after driving by so many times. I was blown away when we walked in the front door. I really expected a small casual, subway kind of atmosphere. But instead, it was huge in there! The staff was friendly and the ambiance was wonderful. However, I thought the large pizza, half cheese and half sausage and pepperoni we ordered to be just okay. Sadly to say, my kids and husband all agreed they liked Papa Johns better. more

Walked in for the 1st time to this joke of a restaurant. Manager doesn't know how to run a restaurant. Had to seich tables 3 times because of kids running around screaming(and we love kids). Then we watch our pizza being served to someone else. Had enough then. Asked for a bill for our app and the manager wants us to wait while he takes pizza off bill. What a joke. Would not ever go there again. And this is first time I'm writing on a review. more

We like this restaurant and go there a lot. The wait staff is awesome and some of their dishes are very good. The ambiance is also great. We have had two major dissapointments though, one that could destroy their reputation but we are not 100% sure so it would be unfair to report it. The second one was unmistakingly very upsetting specially because we love arugula and always order it as a topping except this last time we went to dinner on my wife's birthday and they served the pie without the arugula topping. We told our server and she brought us the topping on the side but it it was mushy, definitely not fresh, not good. We returned it and the manager in charge did not like it, the server stood her ground went to the food storage in the back and brought a fresh package. Having been there so many times and enjoyed it so much it was very upsetting. We are now not so inclined to frequent the place as much as we did before if ever. more

Went to Giovanni's twice this past week with business associates and was blown away both times. First on a Wednesday evening, I went in and ordered the bruchetta as an appetizer and the chicken milanese (which was a $9.95 nightly special). The portions are huge, service amazing and lets just say the food was the best I've had in a while. The next time I went in for the pizza and salad special (can't go wrong for $11.95) and it was the best pizza in South Florida. Again WOW is all I can say about Giovanni's. more

I went in and sat at the bar. I was waiting for my fiancee to get there so I had a glass of wine. I was told by the bartender that it was 2-4-1 on wines and beer up at the bar all day every day. The charming bartender and the bar special were more than enough to keep us at the bar for dinner. We ordered a Caprese appetizer which came out promptly. It was delicious and I highly endorse the dish. We ordered a pizza to share as we finished our appetizer. We like to take our time and enjoy ourselves. The ambiance was terrific. Dim lighting sets an intimate mood and at anytime you can look up to watch one of many flat screen tvs, its the best of both worlds. Looking around, I could see our pizza being made in the open kitchen. Our pie went into one of their 3 brick ovens and came out in just a few minutes. One of the BEST pizzas I've had, EVER. It was cooked just right, crispy but not burned and just melted in my mouth. I will be back, probably by the end of the week. more

A huge waste of money! The food is pre-made and then reheated! Such a shame because the restaurant is so nice inside! All the money in the world still doesn't mean you can cook! I live near by and had such high hopes for this place. Hopefully when the fail someone else will takeover and put their effort into food quality rather than flat screen tv's. more

When I went to pick up a carryout order Friday night, all I got was rude, rude, rude. I waited by the bar for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the bartender who was reportedly the only one authorized to process pick up orders. In his defense, the bartender was quite busy but after speaking with several hostesses who were standing around, I asked to speak with the manager and was told he is busy. I left and will never return. more

The food is great, service exceptional and the beer is 2 for 1 at the bar. The meatball sandwich has a description on the menu and lets you know that it is served open faced on foccacia and the prime rib is now served with potatoes. AWESOME place! more

Great food, specials need to be tweaked they serve the prime rid with pasta on the same plate. Yuk the sauce gets all over the meat. Specials should be perfect because they are after all specials, more

I ordered a meatball hero - when one orders a meatball hero the expect meatballs covered with cheese on a sub.\r \r What did they offer me...2 meatballs on foccia bread - I don't know where these people are from - but a hero is a sub..not 2 ratty looking meatballs on foccia bread.\r \r This is the 2nd problem I have had here - I gave them a 2nd chance and will not be back more
