I do most of my shopping at Giant Eagle, and I think they have the best prices and selection in town. Their video rental section, known as Iggle Video, offers weeklong rentals at better prices than Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. I also enjoy their Self Checkout facilities because I can finish up my shopping and get home quickly. Not that I'd ever want to leave the store!
