Foodies rejoice! Despite its teeny 40-seat capacity, the wait is never unbearable. Gialina's constantly rotating menu of farm-fresh ingredients and bizarre combinations make the experience not only delicious and filling, but pleasantly surprising as well. The family pictures on the wall, and the community-style bench makes you feel like you're eating in your (presumably Italian) Grandma's kitchen instead of in an out-of-the-way shoebox. Hipster servers, and the very eclectic crowd make people-watching an entirely additional portion of entertainment. If you're feeling particularly ambitious, order off the dessert menu, you won't regret it.
Pros: Best (and maybe only) dessert pizza in town
Cons: The location is teeny tiny
