dark ages on line banking, hidden fees for everything, debit card never works for online purchases, tellers and customer service unfriendly. This is my 4th month with them and it gets worse every day and every time I call for help nothing is resolved. They either can't or won't help. more

Put your financial needs in the hands of Ghs Federal Credit Union. Pleasant staff, convenient hours. Unfortunately, they don't have a drive up ATM, that is accessible by car (you have to get out and go inside the doors) and their locations are sparce..Forget using the Boscov's branch-you'd have to park in the ramp and walk a mile to get there. It's only convenient if you work in downtown Binghamton. more
