Gerber Collision has been the worst, most unprofessional experience with any business I have ever had. The manager, Richard, was overly disrespectful, even standing in my car door preventing me from leaving while he continued to argue. Managers should be held to a higher standard, and he fails miserably. On top of this, I get my car back with a big scratch across the back that was NOT there before it got to the shop, and they wanted to fight with me about it rather than be helpful. I wish I could take it to another shop to fix the scratch, but unfortunately I have to deal with them until the work is complete. If you have the option if where to take your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT TO GERBER TACOMA!!! Poor, poor, poor.
