Very bad service they tell you a certain time and they never show up on time always having to call the base for a reason why the drivers are late you schedule at 4 o clock they should be on the road at 4 not still picking people up a hour later especially after being called at 230 to be ready for pickup I understand traffic but still start picking up earlier worst service ever more

Number one I would like to start saying good luck for anyone that goes on this bus service if they ever pick you up or if there on time pray and say goodbye to your family because if you survive going on the highway doing 85 or 95 miles an hour is a freaking miracle because they drive with no concern to other drivers or to passengers ... and when you call them its like calling a circus and asking to talk to a monkey .. these people will call you at 430 in the morning and tell you they will be there in 20 minutes you sit there.. 7 o'clock in the morning .. you call them to find out what is going on and they act like they don't know anything about what is going on and when they usually know something is just a lie .. your trip will be cancelled but you won't know about it you will have to call them for you to find out anything and guess what it will be a lie telling you that they been calling you to tell you the trip been cancelled and when you ask him what number you been calling they make up a number like you don't know your own number. Bottom line if anyone wants to stay alive and not be involved in an accident and not be lied to stay away from this bus company.. I wonder why is no police presence in route 78 for newark to pa and if it is any police officer reading this hopefully. business hours are from 6 o'clock in the morning 10 o'clock in the morning and 3 o'clock and 7 o'clock p.m. more

I booked a service from Philadelphia to JFK Airport which they told me would be $55 per person plus baggage $5 per........which i was okay with the picked me up @5:30 pm and took me to pick up other passengers @7:30 pm here comes another driver letting me know my fare was incorrect my fare should be $65 plus $10 per luggage because my luggage will be taking up seats. So my total fare for 2 persons from PA to JFK with 4 luggage & 2 carry on is $190.00 don't you think when they this is a rip off we left PA @8:16pm and my flight was 11 pm is this fair?????...Now to top it off they dropped us @ George Washington bridge to get into another vehicle and the driver is letting me know he is taking the local route because the company did not give him enough money for tolls for the express route.....so here we were stuck in traffic what the end of my vacation in which I also now missed my flight and had to pay $867.00 for 2 new tickets...DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS........POOR POOR SERVICE\r \r oh wait did i say that they put 2 suitcases on a seat 2 on the ground by the door and 2 under the backseat..... more

sorry,,not saying nothing good about the ny ,bronx tranportation,,they are very rude,,they leave the passengers in the base waiiiting for more than 3 hours for another bus to come pick them up..there very,,,very rude..and the pass the hot potatoe to other in wich its there fault... this is a very BAD SERVICE..IT SHOULD BE FREE more

I think that this has to do of us being Dominican thinking that we know it all,and being ignorant coming from a third world country trying to change the way of one of the best country to live and succeed in our live we try to bring it down the same way our country is....the customer is always right!!! even when they're wrong, if you know what I mean, we always compare USA with Dominican Republic and it shouldn't be that just for the simple fact that people that lives here(USA) has different standards that people over there(Dominican Rep.) there in dominican republic they can ride a bucket literary a bucket and they dont mind,they dont complaint if they do they tell them get out and get the next person in the contrary, here in the USA we speak our mind and if we not hapy we take our money some place else that we treat us with respect...so i hope that these word has help you in someway to judge them at the same time i might be right or wrong just an opinion..... more

when i call the office the dispatcher is very nasty. they hang up the phone in my ears, its like if you dont speak spanish or you are not from the latino background they dont want to deal with you. they smile up and treat the latinos different from others which is not fair because we are all paying our fares we are not getting free rides so we all should be treated the same. They need to be more professional and respectful. Its sad how they run their business if thats the case they should becareful casue it may not last long. more

Bad bad bad transportation company they say door to door service I had to wait at Nwk airport for 3 and a half hours the charge was $45 and still did not arrive at my destination. I would not recomend my worst enemy to travel with this irresponsible transportation company. The Philadelphia office personel is rude and tends to lie about traffic and drivers. more

I had a very bad encounter with the Ny office they are very rude and if I can avoid using I would. I rather call directly to the PA Office. more

GERARDO'S TRASPORTATION IS VERY RELIABLE,REASONABLE AND PUNCTUAL AND TAKES YOU FROM DOOR TO DOOR. I RECENTLY PLANNED A TRIP TO NY AND I USED GERARDO'S THEY CAME AND PICKED ME UP ON TIME IN PHILLY AND DROPPED ME OFF AT MY EXACT DESTINATION WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM OR GET A SNACK NO PROBLEM THEY'LL LET YOU DO SO WHEN THEY STOP TO FILL UP THE TANK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERARDO'S TRASPORTATION AND FOR ONLY $25 YOU CANT BEAT IT YOU SAVE ALOT OF $$ more
