I had been going here for many (7+) years...until my last few experiences. The last time I went I was encouraged to try a new stylist, since the girl that I usually see was booked. I took their advice. It took over 40 min to dry my hair and style with a round brush...and that is because the stylist had 2 assistants take turns ""practicing"" on me. Meanwhile she finished cutting and styling two other clients in a second chair. It would have been polite and practical to ask if I minded, did I have somewhere to be? I finally had to ask if they could my hair could just be dried, as I did have an appointment to get to. When I complained, I basically got a shrug of the shoulder and was told, oh, sorry. I will not be going back again. This episode was following a situation that my girlfriend recently had at Geralds in relation color. When she left the salon and got into the sunlight, her hair was WAY to blonde (white) so she called and they told her to come in the next day. When she left that day and got into the sunlight her hair was pink...and she had a job interview that week. They would not refund her money, they did NOTHING but again say ""oh, sorry"" Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Find somewhere else. They are not concerned about customer service in the slightest. Very frustrating.
