Valdosta State University is a great school. I attended for four years and received my degree. It is a smaller school, so you don't feel lost (you are not just a number). If you needed help the professors were always more than willing to help you. Since I graduated, they have expanded quite a bit, and added new buildings, and a new student center. The architechure is mission style, and it is a beautiful school, with plenty of open spaces. The football team won the national title once, and the program keeps getting better.
