I've been going to Sandy's studio since it opened. She has a wonderful method of instruction - everything you do is praised even as the yoga instructor is telling you how you can improve your pose. The atmosphere is calming and is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle right outside the door. Every level of yoga student would benefit from Sandy's instruction - she gives alternate poses to make it more challenging and/or to modify it for those with little experience. The studio is really easy to get to - just turn off the road that goes to the north of Boeing field. This is much better instruction, in a more intimate, relaxing setting, than I ever got at popular health clubs. Also, everything you need is supplied - mats, blankets, straps and blocks. All you have to do is show up, to enjoy one of the many classes offered throughout the day.
Pros: Calming room, caring knowledgeable instructor, easy access, all equipment supplied, personalized help
Cons: Outside of building looks old, and you have to go up stairs past the karate school, so some might not realize how nice it is inside.
