I think they’re great. I’d use them again, and I’d recommend them to anybody. I only have carpeting upstairs. I feel the people were knowledgeable. I would ask them to come back out if need be. more

The work they did was excellent 4/19/2016

The work they did was excellent. They cleaned my father’s chair. He was in assisted living and having major issues. So they actually got it to a place where they could take care of it, and it looks spic-and-span. It’s holding up great. more

Genie does excellent work. 3/30/2016

Genie does excellent work. I’ve used them for maybe five years. They do routine cleaning for me which includes any treatment of spots, spills, or stains as well as the soil build up that occurs. I never have to call them back out; they do a superior job. more

Glenn with genie was great. I’d recommend him and them to somebody else. I think he is much better than those usual chain services. I was really happy with Glenn’s carpet and furniture cleaning work. more

Genie does excellent work. I’ve referred them to several different people. They cleaned my office which is over 12,000 sq. ft.. It was a big job for them and they did a wonderful cleaning of the carpets. They are very professional and totally trustworthy in my home or office. more

Genie and Glenn just cleaned one room for me that I had a problem in and he did a really good job. I'll have him back again but I won't wait so long next time. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

They’re terrific. They’re the best carpet cleaners I’ve ever had.Several people in my office use them and we are all very happy. It’s great that Glenn is always the one who comes as he always does a great cleaning job . He’s very friendly and can clean anything. more

They were great. They cleaned four rooms of carpet for me. They got rid of stains on other company couldn't get out . They did a very good job. They're supposed to come back next month to clean my furniture. more

My carpet looks great. 1/12/2016

They’re great. I’ve used them for years. When I first had them come to my house many, many years ago, the carpet was in terrible shape and they’ve cleaned it ever since then. I’ve never had anybody else clean it. My carpet looks great. I still have the same carpet. I wouldn’t use anybody else. more

AVOID! Upcharge once on premises. 12/2/2012

LIARS & THIEVES! This company's website tries to present it as a trusted and honest business, which is one of the reasons why we contacted them. We explained in detail over the phone what we wanted done (including room sizes) and were given an estimate of approx $300.00. Based on this estimate we set up an appointment. Once at the house they took some measurements and decided that the the price had gone up to $640.00, which was double the estimate. We have a median home and I fail to see how their estimate could be off by over 100%. We begrudgingly agreed but we feel totally ripped off. I later contacted the owner for an explanation of the discrepancy but he didn't even have the courtesy to respond, but based on the business ethics of his company, it doesn't surprise me. AVOID! more

Nice Carpet Cleaning 8/19/2005

I get my carpet cleaned quite frequently, so I have used different services. This is one of the better ones. There are some that are definitely better, but this one is still very good. What I like about them is the people who come to do the job are very nice and they are very prompt. If they tell you a certain time, they usually arrive right around then. They equipment is also very up to date and gets out stains and dirt that you wouldn't think possible. Their prices are comparable to other carpet cleaning services. Its not the cheapest, but its also not the most expensive. more
