I had used Genesis about 4 years ago with good success so when I needed a car that I was selling detailed I took it back to them. I picked up my vehicle and was very disappointed to find that the wheels were still dirty in areas that are easy to clean, wax residue was all over my black plastic trim, wax residue was left all over my cars paint which I had to buff out, the interior windows were not cleaned properly, the sunroof glass was completely missed, and to top it off they broke my rear passenger window button. This will be my last trip to Genesis and would recommend you find another detail shop. more

Had to File a Better Business Bureau Complaint against them 1/30/2009

Never wrote down my contact info and did not call me to discuss price or pickup after I dropped off keys. Would not wait 10 extra minutes past 5 o'clock for me to come get car, even though they screwed up and I explained to Candy the manager that I was on my way. They kept my car all night and forced me to find alternative transportation.\r \r When asked for a discount, they refused. Never, ever ever go to Genesis Wash and Detail. The Owner, Jeff Bott, refused to call me back to discuss the issue as well. more

Genesis review 10/30/2008

Today was my first visit to Genesis and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I brought them a car badly encrusted with dog slobber, a car I hadn't cleaned in over a year, Just one hour later it looked like new again. All for an incredibly affordable price. I'll definitely become a regular customer and will recommend Genesis to anybody who needs a quality car care experience. They surely do care. more

Good detail for the money 10/7/2008

We have been using Genesis for many years and overall have been very pleased. The Superwash is a great bargain and includes a good exterior wash and interior vac and wipe down. Sometimes when they are slow they surprise us with a carpet shampoo on the house. Sincerely, Frank Spicer more

The Worst Detailing service....I ever had 4/24/2006

Genesis Wash and Detail has worst detailing service I ever had. I droped my car in afternoon and when I went to pick up then checked interior, car was still dirty from inside...Nobody did shampooing and vacummed for the upholstry. Dash board and all doors was still dirty. I asked about that did they clean inside then they told somebody may have done and ultimately found nobody did. At the closing time of the store couple of people started doing shampooing and spraying for cleaning and within 10 minutes somehow the car was ready to go.\r \r I was very disappointed with the service and after all this no extra discount. I won't be recommending anyone to go over there. Very bad servicing. more

Car Wash? 4/7/2005

I like Genesis as the price is right. I noticed over the past couple of years, car wash prices have skyrocketed. The simple garden hose was looking more inviting. But I found Genesis. more
