Sloppy workmanship. I have seen some bad work before but these guys set the standard. I recently had my PC serviced by the geek squad for spy-ware and virus infections. After having my computer for a week they returned it and it seemed to be clear of the issues. A day later it started having the same problems. I called to alert the geek squad about the recurring problems when I was rudely berated with questions implying that I had reinfected it myself. I felt insulted by his implications and was offended that he would treat a customer like that. I finally was so upset that i just ended the call. Still needing my computer for schoolwork I started looking for alternatives. I cam across a review for secureremotesupport[dot]com. They were able to correct what geek squad was unwilling to do. Plus they had a No Fix No pay guarantee. I wish G.S. did.
