DON'T take your computer to the Geek Squad in Leesburg if you are having problems with the recent outbreak of viruses. They charged us $200 to fix my laptop and said it would take 2-3 days. A week an a half later, after we're calling every day or two, they finally admit they can't fix it and then say they will charge us $100 to back up the data before they wipe it clean, and they WON'T refund the $200. WHAT? Seriously -- Take it to someone with skills and integrity. The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Leesburg don't have either, and they will completely rip you off. Most important point here -- THEY CAN'T FIX THE CURRENT VIRUS PROBLEMS AND WON'T TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
