The owner was nice enough but I had to take back my computer 5 times! When I brought it in, it had a virus as I had the ""black screen""! Took it in only to find out my mother board had apparently burned up. This was an upgraded mother board that I got from another company that had replaced my graphics card. The graphics card was an upgraded one from the original that was in there. Well, Gee Whiz had my system for 6 days after which I paid 156.00! I get it back and it's SO slow I don't get any response for anything! Takes at least 45 seconds to scroll down the page! I had 3 gig of memory the system I got back has 1.49 meg. Anyway, I brought it back again! Said my drive was bad too. I had 2 drives on my system I now have one. Had my system for another 6 days! I get it back and it's STILL slow and repeats on the scroll! I'm ready to pull my hair out. Take it back. He says it's my power supply. He has it another few days. I have to call him all during this process to find out a status. I get it back and it still repeats on the scroll, I can hardly watch any video, and I only have 1.49 m of memory. After all of this and a couple more times of taking it back, he wants to charge me for a used power supply. I told him NO I wasn't paying for nothing. Now, I have a piece of crap computer that's not the same as I had before. He tried to blame the slowness on my internet provider (Qwest 12 mg). Qwest tested my line, my modem (wireless) several times. It's NOT their problem! I've had Qwest for 27 years without incident!! I've just had it with this place. I got top security software on my system and had it on my old system as well. I'm also missing alot of my files and pictures which are now gone! He says they take a ghost image but I know they're NOT on my computer and the ""other"" drive he replaced my brand new drive with! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. IT'S A JOKE.
