Gay Buick GMC

Great experience with this place. I was looking around one Saturday and wanted to see the new GMC trucks. The sales person was very nice and helped me find one I really liked. I fell in love with it and couldn't resist taking it home! I would really recommend this dealer to any of my family and friends. They are very friendly and I got a great deal. more

I had a HORRIBLE experience here after purchasing my vehicle in the 'used' car section. The actual sale and vehicle are fine but dealing witih the Sales Manager, NINO, was an awful experience. He lied to me on 3 different occasions (on things that I have no idea why he'd lie...like how many miles I put on the car after purchasing).\r I went to the General Manager with my complaint and I don't think he cared at all. Took them around 15 minutes to find my paperwork (that I never received after the sale was complete). I left a message with the General Manager yesterday with a quesiton on my paperwork and what a surprise, I never received a call back.\r \r Also the service center was replcing my coolant hose since it was bad when I purchased the vehicle and upon pick up no one talked to me, I received no paperwork of service. I brought the vehicle to my mechanic for some other service and he couldn't find where they replaced anything!\r \r HORRIBLE service! I will NEVER go back there again!! more

This is a great dealer. I have been coming here for years and just about everyone in my family has bought a vehicle at Gay. I take two of my cars there for service and they have been fantastic every time I visit. more

The only special thing about this dealership was my car. Other than that, the manager was rude and I will NOT be going back there. Once they have your money, they refuse to be of any assistance. Hide behind their legal paperwork and mumbo jumbo rather than even compromising on a legitimate problem! WILL NEVER RETURN!
