This company has very limited knowledge of the appraisal business. Our home was appraised and the bank did not accept it because the appraisers used the wrong properties as comps; one property was to small to compare and the others had sold over a year ago. No bank will accept that and they should know that. \r
They caused us to miss our closing date and now rates are higher than when we locked.
