Horrible parlour! I was assigned a trainee without any experience and without my knowledge or permission. She had no idea what she was doing to my hair and I could have given myself a better haircut. She totally ruined my hair. In trying to thin it, she chopped of bunches in a straight line that showed clearly and cut the innermost layer near the neck to as short as a couple of inches while the rest of my hair is till my lower back. I have no idea what she was thinking but all I know is that they are not trained at all. After the horrible haircut, I was told that since she was a trainee, her charges were less than others and so I couldn't use the coupon that I had brought with me!
Cons: no skill, pressure to buy, will ruin your hair.
