Garden Park Apartments

I just wanted to comment this apartment complex. I have lived here over a yr now and can say I have never ever seen any thing bad go on at this place that is not out of the ordinary. Every apartment building in Killeen has drama. If you say I am wrong then Prove it! I can honestly say this place has made a 360 turn around sine the last manager left. "" Chrissy"" She was never there always at home sleeping. I can say the Manager and Maint. Men are doing a Awesome job. I hope the owners know they got a fine team running Garden Park and there doing an awesome job!!!!! The apartments are cleaner and there are no more cocaraches, something the old manager never did anything about... I Love you guys..... Keep up the good Work! We got good tenants too........ Pros: The pool is always crystal clear..... Thumbs up Paul! Maint. done fast too... Bobby :) Cons: Nothing more

The manager (white women) very rude all the time. Everytime I am in the office to complain she makes me wait and is bad mouthing the ex manager with other residents and workers. Her boyfirend (Tattoo man) comes to fix your things and is drunk and high. The older man is always talking bad and making racial remarks and never fixes anything. I have even seen them destroy paperwork that belong to the ex manager just so she would not receive it ( her tax forms). Its sad when you get waken up in the middle of the night due to a fight outside and people drinking and its the manager and her boyfriend fighting at early times in the morning. Some residents have got their car broken into and some their apartments. Nothing gets fixed and I hear the employees are taking things out of residents apartments. I would hope no one moves here. Its awful. Pros: Nothing Cons: Parking is awful. more
