Garage Door Rpair Palmdale

Another 5 star review for Chico at this garage door company! Although we had a bit of a problem coordinating, Steven came over the day I reached him and fixed my garage door for a bit over $100. Prior to calling Chico, I called the guy I used months ago (before I checked the internet!) and his number was disconnected. Then I tried another "free estimate" place, where the man came out and told me my entire door would have to be rebuilt - starting at $300, minimum!! It was such a relief to get it fixed by Chico, at far lower than the other guy had quoted. I won't lose this number! Thanks, Steven! more

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more

I called after 630pm and the phone was answered promptly by a friendly & informative person, who seemed to truly care about my situation. I was given the opportunity for immediate service (at no extra charge) or service the following morning. I got a phone call from the service tech in route to my home with an estimated arrival time, which was met. Sean was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He serviced both the doors quickly and made sure that they were working properly by testing them more than once. Myron recently fixed up our garage after the door slipped and came down on my truck while I was backing out. I feared for the worse for our 20 year old garage door, but it turned out it was just a bad spring! A quick the internet search told me right away that Myron is the man to call... so I did and I am happy to say I was impressed and pleased with his service. He is a one man show who works hard and often has greasy hands as his cell phone voice message suggests, but leave him a message and I promise he will be prompt in setting an appointment and getting the job done. As promised, Myron showed up on time, offered me two options for spring replacement and immediately got to work. I am pretty sure he was out the door in under an hour and even takes credit cards. You got a garage door problem. Myron is the man for the job. more

Excellent overall! One of the wheels pop off of my garage door and I tried to put it back on. This was a big mistake I caused the garage door to come off balanced. I called this company and they gladly repaired my door at a great price. I highly recommend this company and would give the name to family & friends. more
