I never have bought a New game from GameStop before. I was always told if I didn't like a game I could return it, or get another of same value.
I purchased a New game today because its was the same price as a used one with the same title.
I went home and played it for 10 minutes. Hated it! :(
Took it back to exchange it for another game of equal value.
The Manager, (I'm assuming) said he could only give me $5.00 for it.. :( Really????
After discussing it for a minute I could see that I could not do a even trade. Even though a Used game of the same title was the same price I paid for it new! Ugh!!!
I left with out the game... (The manager suggested I should sell it on Amazon to get my money back), I told him I had no use for it and walked out.
I'm also in the customer service industry. I would have not let dissatisfied customer walk out of my business.
Just bad customer service......
