Its an outlet store...not a JCPennys: I bought a living room set that consisted of a couch, loveseat, two end tables, a living room table, and a spider lamp, all for around $1200. My couch and loveseat are verry confortable. I've had them for about 6 years now and they are still in good condition. I'm sure places like this will sell you a lemon if you aren't a smart shopper but thats with anywhere. You have to really look for certain things that may affect the life of your furniture. I rented a couch from a rent place before. The couch had a gold strip running down the arms. within the first 6 mo. the gold on the strip starting peeling off. If you get a couch that's too stiff, its probably going to end up all lumpy and or flat in no time. This is a discount outlet not a high quality store. Think of it like a thrift store...you can find some really great stuff for awesome prices. You just have to shop carefully. And yes, you might have to deal with things being on back order and people giving you the "brush off", but what do you want for a bargain price. In a perfect world we would all get exactly what we want.
