Poor Staff 4/7/2016

Bought a new fireplace from them and had them install it. The installers are very good, but the staff in the showroom and sales people have no idea what they are selling or have any idea of whats going on. I purchased and had it installed in Nov. and they have been back 5 times since and the unit still wont work the way it should. I would never buy anything here again. more

No service after the sale 2/14/2016

I only gave this company 1 star because I can't rate it as zero stars. I called 3 times and went into the showroom once trying to get service on a fireplace they installed. As soon as they would hear what fireplace I have they treat me like I have the plague. They were rude to me, passed me off to another extension and didn't return my calls. All I wanted was a quieter fan because its so loud we can't hear the TV when the fan is on. I will NEVER go to this place again and urge you to do the same if you value service after the sale. more

Go here if you want a fireplace! 8/28/2005

Gagnon is a great place to go if you are looking to install a new fireplace! They read your blueprints and assist you in pciking out the perfect new addition for your home! The staff are very professional and courteous and will assist you in any way possible. The downside is that they can be a little on the pricey side. more

Great fireplace ideas 8/13/2005

Gagnon Clay Products has a wonderful display of fireplaces. They were very helpful in assisting us in decisions for our fireplaces. Their knowledge and experience was a key to our success in designing our fireplaces in our new home. They were very intelligent when it came to reading our blueprints. Their service was satisfactory and things were accomplished in a timely manner. They have a great location just, off highway 41 on Ashland Avenue, with plenty of parking. They are competitively price. more

Gagnon Clay Products carry a good selection of gas fireplaces in an assortment of sizes and with different front trims. If you bring in your blueprints they can figure just what is needed for the installation, and will refund you for anything not used in the installation. They have a knowledgeable, professional staff and take the time with you to understand exactly what you are looking for. Their fireplaces come with different styles of logs, brass or stainless trim, and even various door shapes. Their prices are very competitive with other companies selling fireplaces. more
