Made an appointment for air bags that were part of recall from the NHTSA. I arrived at 8:15 and had a neighbor to pick me up. I bought my Versa from them in 2007. Had just gotten back home when service dept advised they didn't have parts to fix it. Needless to say I was livid, and they really didn't care if I was unpleased. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" This want rocket science, and when I picked it up spoke with sevice manager as his reply was "it is what it is" really?..Total bunch of incompetent members of Rowe's team. Please do not support this business.
